Process Overview
If you would like LCS to help you form a business entity,
first choose your business form: Corporation or Limited
Liability Company. Your professional adviser can assist
you in this decision. Also see "Choosing Your Business
Entity" page.
Then just follow three easy steps:

easy-to-use online form (We
help you answer questions
you may have along the way;
just refer to our convenient
Glossary.)
• Decide on the Registered Agent service and S Corp options
• Review and submit the data form and payment

WE
PROCESS YOUR ORDER AND FILE THE PAPERS
Then
we go to work!
As soon as we receive your
completed information, we will
process your order.
If
you select us as your registered
agent, we process
your order:
(a)
|
by
the end of the
following business
day, if we receive
your order online
by noon (Mountain
Time) on a business
day, or |
| (b) |
otherwise,
by the end of
the second business
day after we
receive your
order. |
If
you choose another Registered
Agent, we will process
your order by the end
of the next business
day after we receive
your Statement of Acceptance.
Very Important! If
you are using a different Registered Agent, we email you the Statement of Acceptance.
Please print the Statement, have the Registered Agent sign and return it to us
ASAP!!

After processing,
we send your Articles of Incorporation or Organization
to the NM Public Regulation Commission for filing.

3 |
WE
PROCESS YOUR ORDER AND FILE THE PAPERS
The NM Public Regulation Commission processes your papers. (Initial information is available from the NMPRC after 15 working days - sometimes sooner.)
We then confirm your filing on the NMPRC web site. For corporations, we send the Initial Corporate Report (containing names and addresses of directors and officers and other information) to the PRC.
When the official, hard-copy Articles of Incorporation or Organization arrive from the PRC – normally in 2-3 days after approval –we complete the remaining documents in your package. Depending on NMPRC processing time, you should receive your package in 10-20 business days after we receive your completed order. See Expedited
