What Your Package Includes!
Complete
Package
LCS only offers complete packages shipped to the customer
in a convenient, tabbed binder. The basic document package
we provide will not differ significantly from that available
at a major corporate law office.
There are only two additional options to consider:
• Do you want us to serve as the company's Registered
Agent?
• Do you want us to prepare and send you the forms for the Tax ID numbers
and/or "S-Corporation" election?

Registered Agent Service
If you selected LCS as your Registered Agent, we will
send you the original Statement of Acceptance (duplicate
originals, if you are qualifying an out-of-state entity)
and enclose a memorandum outlining the costs and terms
of our service as your company's Registered Agent.
If you are changing from a previous Registered Agent,
we will send you the form to be filed with the New Mexico Public
Regulation Commission ($25 fee required).
